Hi @BillyTeagle thnak you for reaching out on the Xfinity Community forums. If you are using the PS4 for pure online play it will be just fine. You may notice slower downloads and updates. I would recommend checking out the support section Prepaid Support to decide if it is right for your needs. All support would also be handled through Xfinity Prepaid
