Urgent: Xfinity-Peacock Account Link Issue Unresolved After Multiple Attempts
Dear Support Team,
I’m writing to follow up—again—regarding the persistent issue with my Xfinity account being incorrectly linked to another Peacock account. Despite reaching out three separate times, I’ve yet to receive a resolution. Each time, I was told the issue would be escalated to second-line support, but no one has contacted me and there’s been no progress.
As of today, I’ve been without access to Peacock for over a month. This is extremely frustrating, especially given the repeated assurances that the matter was being handled. I’m asking for immediate action to:
1. Identify which Peacock account my Xfinity subscription is currently linked to
2. Unlink it from that account
3. Enable me to activate Peacock with my correct credentials
Please treat this as a priority. If additional verification is needed, I’m happy to provide it. I expect a direct response—not another generic escalation—with a clear timeline for resolution.
