Please investigate this matter and confirm that my account is in good standing. Additionally, I request that Xfinity take any necessary steps to stop these collection notices from being sent.

I also have been receiving these messages. A letter in the mail and now text messages.
Can an employee from Xfinity contact me directly please as my account is in good standing and do not want unsolicited spam from this vendor.
