RE: Wrongful Collection Notices from Credence Resource Management

I also have been receiving these messages. A letter in the mail and now text messages. 

Can an employee from Xfinity contact me directly please as my account is in good standing and do not want unsolicited spam from this vendor.

I’m really sorry you’re dealing with that, especially when you believe your account is in good standing. I know how frustrating those messages can be.

Since Credence is a third party collection agency, the quickest way to clear this up is to contact them directly and request validation of the debt. If it’s incorrect, you can file a dispute with them so that they investigate and correct it. Be sure to keep any records showing your account is current.
