Urgent trespassing/Property encroachment by Xfinity infrastructure
Hi,
I am a current Xfinity customer writing to escalate a property encroachment issue. Seattle City Light replaced their utility infrastructure/pole at my address and moved it's location. They pulled their tags and lines off the old pole.
The original pole was left behind solely because Xfinity has not migrated it's lines. This old pole is on my private property and there is no easement. I do not use the pole for my service.
I would request an executive escalation ticket opened right away with the regional plant/construction maintenance manage to:
- Schedule the transfer of the Xfinity lines.
- Completely removed the abandoned pole from my property.
Please advise on how to securely send my account and contact information to an official agent.
Thank you.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
