Urgent Removal of unused outside line removal

I need to have unused comcast/xfinity line outside our house removed, because the line is connected to a hook that is right beneath our old gutter. Because our roofer is replacing the old gutter with a new larger one, we urgently need to remove the cable line because the roofer is currently working on replacing our roof and gutter. Can you help?
