URGENT: Non-Compliant Utility/Communications Box Requiring Relocation per Seattle City Light - Affects Multiple Units

Seattle City Light has issued a non-compliance notice requiring the relocation of a utility/communications box that was installed after the initial new build inspection. The box is currently obstructing the workspace needed for the property’s electrical service connection. If this issue is not resolved, it may result in the disconnection of electrical power to six units that share the same box.
