*URGENT MATTER* Xfinity Contractors damaged my septic tank while burying line.

It has now been eight days since the contractors caused damage to the septic tank, and no one has returned to address the issue or taken any responsibility for it. This repair is required immediately. Beyond the obvious health and sanitation concerns, this situation poses a significant safety hazard. There is a six‑foot‑plus open hole filled with deep water, creating a dangerous condition that cannot be left unattended.

I have contacted Lisa, who was identified as the person overseeing the line crew, and she indicated she would return my call. She has not followed up, nor is she answering any of my subsequent calls.

If this matter is not addressed promptly, we will have no choice but to involve our attorney and notify our local news outlets. This situation is unacceptable, and immediate action is expected.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

I am a Comcast customer that has just had Comcast installed in my BRAND NEW HOME. When the technician was installing my fiber optic cable the put the cable right through the septic line and now my toilets and shower clog up. It has been 5 days and I am in need of someone coming out and fixing this problem right away.
