URGENT: Fraudulent Billing & Refusal to Cancel Service (FCC Complaint Pending)

To whom it may concern,

I am posting here as a last resort before filing a formal regulatory complaint with the FCC and the Washington State Attorney General.

I have been a loyal Xfinity Platinum customer since 2020, but I am absolutely appalled by the deceptive and predatory business practices I have experienced over the last few months.

I stopped using my Xfinity service entirely in April. I have called Xfinity customer service twice to cancel my account. My call logs show a 16-minute call on March 27 and a nearly 6-minute call on May 22. During these calls, your agents explicitly confirmed that my service would be canceled.

However, my service was never canceled. Instead, you have continued to charge my credit cards every single month. My billing history shows unauthorized payments of $77.26 on May 4, $80.00 on July 6, and $93.00 today, July 24.

To make matters worse, instead of fixing this error, Comcast has been relentlessly harassing me with automated phone calls demanding even more money, with multiple missed and incoming calls throughout July.

This is unacceptable. I demand the following immediately:

  1. The immediate cancellation of my account, backdated to my original cancellation request.

  2. A full refund of all charges processed after April.

  3. An immediate halt to all harassment calls.

If I do not receive a prompt resolution and confirmation of cancellation from an official representative here, I will submit my FCC complaint today and dispute all recent charges directly with my bank as fraudulent.

I look forward to an immediate response.

Sincerely, [Edited: "Personal Information"] (I will provide my account number via private message to an official agent upon request).
