Urgent: Cancellation Issue with Order ID [Edited]
I have a cancellation order ID: [Edited: "Personal Information"], which has been pending for almost two weeks now. My service has not been canceled, I haven’t received the final bill, and autopay is still active, set to charge me for this month. This situation is becoming frustrating and disappointing. Can somebody help me?
