Upload Speeds are a fraction of what I pay for, and nobody can answer why. Please Advise

​Good Morning,​

​I pay for 800 MBPS Download Speed and 20 MBPS Upload Speed. Yet for the last month, my upload speed has been fluctuating wildly between .5 MBPS-5MBPS, through Ethernet. Even at its best its still 25% of what I have paid for.​

​Uniquely this is a problem only for my upload speed, my download speeds are immaculate. ​

​I have had 3+ Technicians come to my house, check my wires, router, tap and ultimately just shrug and tell me "It should resolve itself in a few hours."​

​Only for 30 days to pass and I am still stuck in the same situation. Consistent and Steady upload speeds are required for me to do my job, yet nobody can provide me with an answer about why it's uniquely the upload speeds that are lagging. ​

​I do not have an answer as to why this is happening, nor is there even an appointment scheduled for someone to come and fix this. ​

​Please Advise, and thank you for your time. ​
