Upload Speed
Hello, I have Gigabit Extra Plan, Download speeds: up to 1200 Mbps, Upload speeds: up to 200 Mbps. However, my upload speed can only get about 30Mbps (tried with different PCs with cable connect directly to modem). Could you please check why?

Hey @user_79a30e, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our Forums about the upgrades. I can definitely check what is going on and it could just be as simple as we need to try and provision it again. Can you send us a direct message so I can check it out?
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
