Upload Speed Slow

I am not getting the upload speeds I paid for. I only get 100Mbps upload on the 2100Mbps plan. I do get the 2200 Mbps download. I have a next gen modem, UCI.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, with the upgraded network I fully understand wanting to take advantage of the new upload speed increases. Would you mind sharing any troubleshooting steps that you have already taken? Also, are you testing the upload speed wirelessly?

I have talked to technical support through chat and also another time on the phone. I followed their troubleshooting steps. I am testing speeds through the router.
