Upgraded wrong service address

I contracted to have a higher speed circuit, but the wrong service address was upgraded.  I do not reside at the address that was upgraded nor do I have a docsis 3.1 required for this provisioned speed.
I’d like the higher speed at the service address where I live, and have the other knocked back to how it originally was.  How an I remedy this?

Hi there @user_3yxike! Thanks for reaching out about the wrong service address being upgraded. We're evolving the network across the Comcast footprint to bring customers the speed, reliability, and performance they rely on. We're updating key infrastructure in the neighborhoods we serve, including replacing existing equipment (i.e., amps and nodes). As network construction is completed across the Comcast footprint, we can deliver faster upload/download speeds to our Xfinity Internet customers with a XB6 or higher gateway without any action by the customer. The areas are upgraded automatically. This is not something we can request. Once your current address is upgraded you will receive the notification through email.

@XfinityJanelle

Well, thought we had contracted for a higher speed at Parker ST, not at Mary ST.
Can you send me a copy of the contract I signed?
Are you saying that the service was upgraded at the correct service address?
