Upgraded plan and now I have no service

I upgraded to 1gb plan and now I have no internet connection. 

modem light is white.

three green lights on black box on wall.

not sure what to do since the chat assistant also isn’t responding.

user_kx5lsg I would be reaching out if I was without a connection after an upgrade. Typically, after an upgrade it takes about 5-10 mins for your modem to come back online after your new plan is in place. If you are still without your connection and have followed these steps: 
https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/internet-connectivity-troubleshooting
