Upgrade Upload Speed
My current plan I am paying for is "Download speeds: up to 200 Mbps / Upload speeds: up to 5 Mbps" but when I search for the same plan it states the plan should be up to 10 Mbps. I want the 10 Mbps on my plan without having to upgrade to a higher download plan, as the 400 Mbps only advertises uploads up to 10 Mbps as well. Am I not eligible for 10 Mbps upload speed because I use my own modem and router? Is there a way to get the advertised 10 Mbps upload speed for my current plan?

We were able to get a new plan and tested the updated speeds successfully.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
