Upgrade possibilities

I was looking at upgrade possibilities, mainly for our internet service. (We barely use our TV service, so that is not so interesting, but we don't want to do away with it.) But the plan that is shown doesn't provide information on 1) upload speeds and 2) monthly limits. These are important for backing up large amounts of action camera video to a cloud-based backup service we use.  When it comes time to upgrade, I would want to see that information, and see it in writing.

 

Another problem with the web info is that when I specifically go to links for upgrading our service, I'm shown a plan with introductory pricing, but the fine print says that pricing is for new customers only. Obviously I'm not a new customer if I'm looking at upgrades.

I'm not interested in getting any ball rolling right now. I'm interested in having that kind of information handy on the internet in case I want to discuss the possibilities with my wife.
