Updated estimated time of service restoration
There has been an outage in our area (York PA 17403) since sometime overnight. Outage details give an estimated time of restoration as 6/28/24, 3:23AM EDT. It is now 2:43 PM EDT and service has still not been restored and the estimated time restoration has not been updated from the above. What is the current estimated time of restoration? Internet, TV, Channels are all out.

Hey user_sy3epb, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. I can certainly check for updates and what is going on if you can send us a direct message.
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
