Unwanted Cancellation Request
Hello, I received a confirmation email stating that my cancellation request has gone through and I personally never requested for one in the first place. It says it’s ending my service on the 2nd and that’s only two days from now. If there’s any way to fix it on that would be great as I’d like to continue my service with Xfinity. However this was in no way sent by me and when they called me I wasn’t able to pick up and when I called back it was just the automated message.

That's definitely something we want to help you look into, and I'd love to make sure your service stays active. First, I want to rule out spam or phishing. Please see this article for ways to identify and report phishing attempts. Then, may I have you log in to My Account and/or open the Xfinity App, and let us know what you see? If there's no sign of a disconnection order or request within your online account, you should be ok.
