Unresolved dispute
I’m writing to make a formal complaint against the assistant manager and the staff at the Xfinity store in Walnut Creek in Westminster Colorado. He’s a bald overweight man- he was rude, incompetent and very condescending about my resolution that that’s been with your leadership for over two months now. Ultimately, I think the assistant manager at the Walnut Creek store and staff are completely under trained, over worked, incompetent, and they have no follow up with their customers. At one point staff was standing around, customers were standing around watching me and this HORRIBLE assistant manager bicker while he was demoralizing and dehumanizing to my concerns of this $2000 roaming charge that’s been unresolved. I think he is a horrible representation of your company and beyond his rudeness and incompetence I really need somebody to look at my request for a resolution of the roaming charge and for someone to address it. At this point, you all have cut off my service. Nobody’s even looked at the resolution and I’m being expected to pay close to $2600 for a two month bill. Your assistant manager could have cared less and was more concerned with looking like he was the big man and being sarcastic in front of staff , customers everybody. It was incredibly cringe and a really unprofessional look.
I don’t even feel comfortable going back into the store for resolution because he was so rude and so discriminatory.I would re-examine having someone like that be your manager and a representative to your company. Because the assistant manager was so rude and so helpful and didn’t really care. I am now a T-Mobile customer. I need this to be resolved ASAP. I was given a 30 day timeline by the staff at Xfinity when I first went into the store at this point it’s been over 60 days.
The assistant manger needs to be fired and the staff correctly retrained immediately.
