Unreported/unauthorized technician visit
On October 5, an Xfinity technician was seen on 4 cameras entering my backyard by requesting another individual to hop my gate and let him in. No permission was given or asked. No introduction or notice. I never made a request. My safety and privacy were invaded by a male technician breaking and entering my private residence.
