Unprofessional and misleading promises

: Extremely Unprofessional & Misleading Promises

I had a terrible experience with Xfinity. I was promised a lower monthly bill of $180 instead of $374 by one of their agents, and I have written proof of this agreement. However, when I contacted customer service again, they told me there was no credit applied and refused to honor the deal.

Not only did they fail to keep their promise, but their customer service was also unhelpful and unprofessional. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept giving me the runaround. This is completely unacceptable from a company of this size.

If you’re considering Xfinity, be aware that they might promise you discounts or deals that they won’t actually apply. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest service.
