Unlimited internet

I used to have unlimited internet. I noticed it is no longer on my account, when I contacted Xfinity I was told the trial ended. I went to change plans and I noticed unlimited is not an option. Is this service no longer available in minneapolis? Am I doing something wrong?

xFi complete is one of the most horribly written product descriptions I’ve seen in a while.

I see unlimited data, but then it goes on to include a bunch of other unintelligible bullets that make it seem like you’re going to be sending me hardware.

Can you confirm that xFi complete is just a really bone-headed way of saying “unlimited data” and does NOT include hardware, software, or other services that you’ll try charging me for?

user_ow2iuk Thanks for your feedback about our awesome xFi Complete. I can confirm that the xFi Complete comes with the following:
Unlimited Data
Modem Lease
Advanced Security

Depending on if you have a modem from us or not you may get a modem when you sign up for this service from us. You wouldn't be getting new software as there isn't anything you would need to download. However you do get a WiFi assessment to check your WiFi coverage. If recommended, you’ll receive a WiFi Boost Pod that works with your Xfinity Gateway to help extend your WiFi network.

You can find out more with this great link: xFi Complete
