I'm receiving an error when trying to add unlimited data.

Hi @user_97b5ea. We can assist in adding unlimited data to your account. When making account changes like this, we always ask our customers to reach out to us and have us assist the. Please send us a private message with your full name and full service address.

To send a direct message:
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line not the Employee's name
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
