Unlimited Data Temporarily Unavailable

You send me emails regularly about getting "unlimited data" for an additional $30/month.  When I try to purchase "unlimited data", I get the error : 

Temporarily unavailable

The product you’re interested in isn’t available for purchase at this time.

Get updates about Xfinity Home, Xfinity Cameras, and 24/7 Video Recording.

This could be interpreted as the old "Bait and Switch" routine.  Who's leg do I gotta hump for the privilege of paying you an additional $30/month for more data?

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to our community here on the forums, @bryanveish. My team and I would be more than happy to help get this looked into to add unlimited data to your account. Could you please use the chat icon in the upper right to enter Direct Messaging? From there, go ahead and compose a new message to "Xfinity Support" and send us a message with your name and address. 

 

To send a Direct Message [private message]:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon

or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  • - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
