Unlimited Data Temporarily Unavailable
You send me emails regularly about getting "unlimited data" for an additional $30/month. When I try to purchase "unlimited data", I get the error :
Temporarily unavailable
The product you’re interested in isn’t available for purchase at this time.
Get updates about Xfinity Home, Xfinity Cameras, and 24/7 Video Recording.
This could be interpreted as the old "Bait and Switch" routine. Who's leg do I gotta hump for the privilege of paying you an additional $30/month for more data?

Could you please use the chat icon in the upper right to enter Direct Messaging? From there, go ahead and compose a new message to "Xfinity Support" and send us a message with your name and address.
