unlimited data bundled with 2100 plan
i've been dealing with trying to get this fixed for days, calling 1800xfinity just results in the AI asking me to continuously reboot my modem. everyone I talk to says they are going to "rectify" the situation but also charge me $30 a month for something that's already bundled into the plan I am already on.
"
You:i'm trying to upgrade to gigabit x2 but it removes my unlimited data and won't let me add it bak

Aleida:Hi, this is Aleida. Thank you for reaching out toXfinity! I’d be more than happy to assist you today! Did you verify if the bundle of 2100 Mbps includes unlimited data? It is also recommended to purchase the xFi Complete to have unlimited data!
You:it does not, i don't want the xfi trash
You:i'm using my own hardware so it's $30 a month
You:it's currently on my plan and i'm adding x2 and it's removing it
Aleida:It shouldn't be removed as it's already bundled with that speed. You can also review the final page to ensure you will be receiving unlimited data.
You:sure doesn't look like it
You:it removes the $30 upcharge as soon as the xfi peddling page opens even though use my own equipment is checked
Aleida:It is not being removed, as once it's already in the bundle, it will remain because it's bundled in the internet package. Did you receive that information when you clicked on your cart?
