Universal tickets

I recieved a code for 2 1 day 2 park tickets to universal that says it expires on dec 19 2026 but when I went to redeem the code on the the link provided I was told the code was invalid I am a diamond member and was looking forward to going to universal

While the code itself may show an expiration date of December 19, 2026, this error typically occurs when the promotional ticket inventory has been fully claimed and no additional tickets are available for redemption. In that case, the code will no longer validate even if the printed expiration date has not yet passed.
