universal tickets

I redeemed the free universal tickets and received a code, but when I went to redeem them, I accidentally copied the 2fa code to log in without writing down the code for the tickets.  I can't figure out how to find that code - it's not in my redeemed benefits page. Can you please guide me?

Hi! I copied the code, but then did not get directed to the place to use it.  My email only sends me to redeemed benefits and the free tickets one is not there and the ticket one that is there doesn't ask for a code.  Can you help? Thanks!

Hello user_rhz8d4 👋 Those Universal Studios tickets are an awesome reward through our membership program, but due to the limited nature of the tickets and how fast they are redeemed by our customers, it's possible that the allotted number of tickets had been distributed before you were able to redeem them.

Can you try signing out of the Xfinity app and signing back in, then check the Rewards or “My Activity” section to see if the tickets show there?

EDIT: it is back! I will try again! Thanks!

There is nothing on the app overview page under "view recent activity".  When I clicked through the notification on the original benefit redemption, after copying the code I was given I was asked for an sos code on that screen so I went back to see if that was in the directions and I have been trying everything for the last almost 2.5 hours to get back.  I guess I thought that since I was given a code that I had secured the benefit.  Can you help me find the directions to how this all works so I will know what to expect in the future? Thanks!

With redeemed Membership benefits, you should be able to scroll to the bottom of the benefit's page to view already redeemed benefits. From there, you can view the benefit information as well as the terms/conditions for that benefit. You can learn more about our Xfinity Membership program by visiting our 'Xfinity membership FAQs' and 'What is Xfinity membership?' support pages.

We recommend keeping a close eye on the rewards that become available. New drops happen on Thursday and we are still within our Xfinity Member Celebration through May 10th @user_rhz8d4
