Underground Utilities Locate Request Denied

I recently sent in a request through 'Dig Safe (811)' to have utilities marked before beginning work on my property that will include digging. I received a notification from  Comcast indicating "INTFR: EXEMPT FROM MARKING" and no one came out to mark my property. I need to start digging and do not want to tear up my line and have to wait 14 days for someone to come fix it. How can I get someone to mark my cable line from the box to the house?
