Underground cable issue

I moved into a new house and had a Comcast employee there to install our internet service. However there needed to be underground cable work first. It was supposed to be done in 14 days - the employee even said it should be within the first week, but I’ve heard NOTHING and have called several times already, they said it was escalated, but still NO progress. I’m incredibly frustrated by this and got a refund but have no idea when or if this can ever get resolved. Can someone please help?

Hello @user_101791, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us on the forums I hope you are doing well. I can understand the frustration this would cause when you are trying to get service and are left in the dark about what is going on with that. This is not the experience we want you to have and you have reached the right team to look into this further for you today.

When it comes to drop bury work they are typically resolved within 14 days from when the order is entered by the field technician, but delays may be caused by permits, weather conditions, and utility marking.

Can you please send us a private message with your first and last name and address so we can look into this further for you?
