Underground cable issue
I moved into a new house and had a Comcast employee there to install our internet service. However there needed to be underground cable work first. It was supposed to be done in 14 days - the employee even said it should be within the first week, but I’ve heard NOTHING and have called several times already, they said it was escalated, but still NO progress. I’m incredibly frustrated by this and got a refund but have no idea when or if this can ever get resolved. Can someone please help?
