Underground cable installation caused water leak
I had the underground cable work done on the week of 7th Aug 2023. The crew broke the water pipe and gas pipe, both were fixed. After the underground cable work is done, I found extra water usage (meter is moving when there is no water use). I tried to contact Xfinity support, but wasn't able to route the request to the right place with the bot. I finally got a Comcast construction specialist contact from my neighbor, and have been working with the company did the underground work for over two months. The company came back to check the water pipe they broke, but no further action was taken. I was not able to get any response from them either. The leak has been going on for over two months, and I need to get it fixed asap.
Which department can I contact to get this taken care of? It is very time consuming and frustrating experience. I applied for the internet service in May, and still not able to get it working. At the end, I got water leak for two months.
