Underground Cable Burial (New Service)

Any way to see this schedule.  I have chatted and was given two different dates but no shows.  Scheuled tomorrow but not showing with no phones calls or text from xfinity.

I appreciate the update you had provided in the direct message about talking to a contractor in your neighborhood recently. Was the issue with the underground cable able to get resolved?

Cable was buried today but installer broke fiber cable and said Xfinity tech needs to come out and redo the connection on pole and at house. They were able to leave enough fiber for the tech to just put new connection pieces on cable at pole and house. I have tried most of the day to make an appointment but am unable to get through to make this appointment . Thanks for your assistance.

When I try this, it brings up the original msg that was moved after reminding me of the rules.  Do not want to expose my personal info to the community.  Will the msg get to xfinity support which should be linked to the above conversation.

In other words the msg to xfinity support is not showing this conversation.

I will try again in the morning.
