Yes, Lines are marked with paint and flags.   A service ticket was ordered a few weeks ago.

Thanks for letting us know, @user_fvwbx9. Typically, line buries are done about 14 business days from when the order is submitted. You said it's been a few weeks, and see the mark outs. That usually means we are close to the burial time. Do you know when the order was submitted and if we are in that 14 business day frame?

The service tech was out on August 5th or 6th and had to put in a temporary cable.   He put in the order at that time.  

@user_fvwbx9, that would make us at just about 14 business days. When did you see the mark outs done? 

They were placed well over a week ago.
