Unburied cable

When I moved in in 2022, the Xfinity associate assured me the orange cable would be buried.  The subdivision was still undergoing new construction.  However, construction is completed and 3 years later the cable is still not buried.  A Karen from the HOA pounded on my door and demanded I order Xfinity to get it buried.  It's on Ring.

Would you please set up a time to come and bury the cable?  Thank you.

user_hyajf5 Hi there! Our team willbe happy to get a ticket opened to have the line buried. As a homeowner myself, I understand how pesky the HOA can be, so I would want to get this done too. 3 years is too long and we apologize this was overlooked.
