im having this same problem. The sender shows that I Xfinity has their email blocked. I added them to my contact, and they are still blocked. Can Xfinity unblock them?
We would recommend you visiting How to unblock an email address. You would select Postmaster and follow the steps at the bottom to submit a report. There is also some FAQ's to take a look at as well.
