Unauthorized Internet Upgrade Request
I am getting nonstop spammed about approving an upgrade from my 300mbps to 500mbps internet plan that I did not approve or request. An agent offered the 500mbps to me earlier today but I said no thank you and ended the chat. I have screenshots because the download transcript was "not authorized", I have screenshots of that too. Please stop sending me these messages and emails, I do not want to upgrade my plan.

Oh, no. I'm sorry to hear you're getting unwanted emails and texts about an upgrade, @user_glmgye. We can look into this for you, and see how we may get things turned around for you. Please send us a Direct Message with your full name and service address.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
