Unaddressed Comcast Installation Issues
On Thu, 8/3, I had an appointment scheduled for a Comcast technician (Mike #4128) who never completed the job properly. He promised a call back, along with his manager Paul [Edited: personal information], however, I never received a call. I paid $100 for this installation service, and not only do I want a refund but I want the job completed. Customer support has been unhelpful as it's a bunch of India based resources who don't even understand what I'm communicating. How can I get competent help?
