Unable to Watch Hulu While On Xfinity Network

Same here, have not been able to watch Hulu from laptop, phone or TV.

Is this an Xfinity problem?

Hello user_j3o6yp, I love to stream, so I can imagine how annoying this has been for you. Are you receiving a specific error code or message when you attempt to stream on Hulu? Are you having issues with your connection at all as well?

I am receiving Hulu error codes P-dev313 or P-dev314 on all devices connected to Xfinity. No other connection issues other than streaming from Hulu.

Also, I am able to verify that it is not a Hulu issue since I can stream from Hulu when I switch to cellular data on my phone.

Before we ask you to send us a direct message so that we may take a closer look at your network, I'd like to check one other thing - what happens if you attempt to use incognito mode to access and watch Hulu?

Hello, tested streaming Hulu in incognito and still doesnt work. Same errors, P-dev313 or P-dev314.

In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
