Unable to upgrade to new device despite having high credit score
Hello
My situation is similar to what has been discussed here: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/plan/ineligible-for-device-payment-plan-despite-800-credit-score-years-of-ontime-payments/6881867d1fc39e056ef635f3
* I have high credit score
* My credit score was frozen when they ran a check at the store. It has since been unfrozen since then
* Xfinity store associates and customer service are not able to run additional checks since then.
Please help!!
