Unable to Update Payment Method

I recently updated my phone number and email. After the updating and verifying them I'm no longer able to add/update my payment method.

You can't add a new payment method yet

We need to verify your contact information to keep your account secure. Make sure to add your phone number and email address if you haven't already.

Hey @user_z2ullf, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. With the recent changes to the preferred contact methods to the Xfinity ID, were you able to verify the contact information by receiving a verification code to each the SMS/Email to verify the contact information? Once verified, you may need to wait 24-72 hours before payment method information can be changed. You would then be able to follow the steps on our 'Manage your saved payment methods' support page to help manage all payment methods.
