Unable to Redeem Rewards

I am trying to redeem a reward but I just get a "Something went wrong, please try again." Every time I try again, I get the same error.

Hi there! Thanks for taking the time out of your Friday to reach out. I can understand the inconvenience caused by running into that error when trying to redeem a reward. You’re in the right place to get help with this. To get started, I’ll just need to take a closer look at your Xfinity Rewards account and the specific reward you’re trying to redeem. Would you mind sending us a direct message with your first/last name and full address by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page? Once you click on that, input our shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a direct message. 

 

In the meantime, if you haven’t already, it can sometimes help to:

  • Log out and back into the Xfinity app or website
  • Try redeeming from a different browser or device
  • Ensure the app is fully up to date
