Unable to receive/generate return label for Modem Return via UPS

Spent HOURS online and 3 CSRs and a Supervisor trying to generate a UPS Shipping Label to return a modem.  Online return website does not function for me or CSRs.  Supervisor unable to generate a UPS return label, according to her.  This is not rocket science.  I was not compensated for time wasted on the matter.  Inexcusable waste of time and malfunctions.

@XfinityJanelle​ I spent literal hours yesterday, chasing my tail.  Unless Xfinity is compensating me for my time, I will take the modem to UPS and ship it out with proper documentation.  This, of course, will require more of my time, gas for the car, and put me through unnecessary effort due to Xfinity's inability to troubleshoot an obvious technical problem.  I am out.
