Unable to get correct repair tech out?
Have had comcast for 30+ years. Recently cable modem connection became intermittent. Comcast tech came out and confirmed that problem is low signal level coming into the house, but said he could not perform the outside repair since overhead wires on a busy/narrow street. Promised to put in service order to get correct crew out the next day. No one came back. Put in service request again specifically mentioned needed “outside crew for busy street with cherry picker truck”. Was promised correct crew would be sent. Repeat of the first time, ie tech went through everything again and confirmed outside wiring problem, promised to send correct crew and no one came. Did this a third time and same result except I got phone contact of his supervisor who schedules. This supervisor said report came back as we “did not give them garage access” which was not true. No further response from supervisor when I explained the situation and request for outside wiring crew. Hoping there is a contact at comcast that can help clear this up?
