Unable to find NFL Network and NFL Redzone channels on my channel searches, but can view both via the NFL app if I sign in with XFinity.

Searches for NFL Network or NFL Redzone produce 0 results. Can only view these channels via NFL app using my Xfinity signin. Can't seem to be able to report an issue of this nature. No information to actually contact Xfinity via phone or email. Whenever the Live Chat comes up, when I ask my question or post my issue, I lose the connection. Customer Service seems non-existent other than the bot, which is NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!
