Unable to chat with agent
I needed to talk to an agent, but was unable to call so I tried to use the chat. When I asked for an agent I was told that I would be connected if they could not help me. However after not helping me, it never connected me with an agent, just kept going through the same automated replies. How do I actually talk with an agent through chat?
