Unable to cancel NOW WiFi Pass (Auto-Renewal needs to stop)
I'm trying to cancel a 30-day NOW WiFi Pass subscription and have not been able to do it through any channel.
- Transaction ID: [Edited: "Personal Information"]
- Purchased: October 4, 2026, $10, auto-renews every 30 days
- Next renewal: November 3, 2026, 8:17 am CST
What I've tried:
- The WiFi Pass portal won't let me sign in with the email and phone number on the pass.
- The unsubscribe link in my confirmation email returns "401 Unauthorized."
- Xfinity Assistant does not work. Any reference to "Now WiFI Pass" or "WiFi" pass only offers questions about Internet Service.

- On November 2, 2026, I spoke with six phone representatives. Each asked for an account number. This pass is not linked to an Xfinity account, so I don't have one, and none of them could look it up by transaction ID.
- I posted this on a different thread and support only offered me the same things that I have already accessed (https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/customer-service/unable-to-cancel-now-wifi-pass-need-autorenewal-stopped/6ae8b2c821ef31b8ffe75bbc?commentId=6ae8b4678ea252bb54281de4).
Please cancel this subscription and turn off auto-renewal, and confirm here or by private message. I have notified my card issuer, and I'm disputing any charge made after today.

Greetings, @user_nac1iq! Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your NOW Wi-Fi Pass, but we should be able to point you in the right direction. All of our system access is based on customer accounts. The same is true about our colleagues on the phone. I'm guessing that is why they kept asking for your account number. Believe me, if there was anything we could do to help with these accounts, we would not hesitate.
All NOW Wi-Fi Pass support is handled by a separate team that can only be reached by going to https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/?intent=inva.chat?vaderIntent=NOW_WiFiPass. There used to be a support number listed on the email receipt you received when you signed up for the pass, but I haven't heard anyone mention it for a while now, so it may have all converted to the online chat support. I would give that a try first. They should be able to take care of you there.
