Unable to Activate Peacock Premium - Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account.
When attempting to activate peacock premium reward from membership, I receive the error "Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account.". I have unlinked any accounts from previous addresses. Error code is PPG_0017_1c5a3e8. Is there a way to remedy to this issue?

Can you confirm whether you're trying to activate Peacock Premium using the same email address that was previously associated with Peacock? Also, are you accessing the offer through Xfinity Rewards or through your Xfinity account online? This will help narrow down where the link is still being retained.
