Unable to access Xfinity Rewards
I’m the primary account user but is having difficulties with login to Xfinity Rewards. I received a message “This option is currently available to primary account holders”. Any idea how to resolve this?

I am happy to help with your request. Make sure the username being used is set up as the primary on the account. You are able to check this once you log in and go to user preferences.
