Unable to access Xfinity Membership rewards program

I have NOW internet but when I try to access the Xfinity Membership rewards program page, I get a message that I do not have NOW internet services which is false. I was previously able to access the old rewards program but I have never been able to access the new rewards program. My correct rewards tier is shown. (I cannot find an appropriate "category" and "topic" for this question so it's going under "internet" and "your home network".)

Hi there, @user_utvd4n. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forums. XFINITY Member rewards are not available to NOW Internet subscribers. If you have NOW internet as well as : Postpaid NOW TV/NOW TV Latino/NOW StreamSaver™ then it would be available.  Do you have any of those NOW video services as well?
