Unable to access wifi all month

I have had This service for a month of as of today and still have not been able to To access it at all I am reaching out for a refund.

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be to have service set up but not be able to actually use it, especially after a whole month. I've definitely been there where things just don’t work how they're supposed to, and it’s the absolute worst when you're trying to stay connected.
